You can retrieve the voucher number on any of our self-service platforms under instant money manage. Our team can also assist with the voucher by dialling 0860 466 639.

i was sent an instant money from a standard bank user on the 11 of july 2021. i then lost my phone before i could withdraw it... how can you guys help with this situation.

Please be advised that if you've lost the Instant Money voucher number or deleted the SMS that contains the voucher number, you can contact our emerging payments call centre on 0860 466 639 to retrieve the voucher number after performing a security check.

The sms with the voucher number is not being sent on the first voucher. Only when it is cancelled and another one created is the sms sent. The problem is that now the full amount is more than the daily limit and I get charged every time for the transaction.
Where can we retrieve the voucher number without having to cancel and resend the instant money?
