Instant Money voucher SMS messages are typically received within seconds after the voucher has been successfully created.

 

If you created the voucher yourself, you can easily access the instant money voucher number under "Instant Money Manage."

 

To access it from the app, please follow these steps:

  1. Open and sign into the Standard Bank App.
  2. Click on "Transact."
  3. Select "Send."
  4. Choose "Manage Vouchers."

If you are the recipient and did not receive the voucher number, you can request that the sender provide you with the voucher number by accessing their mobile app.

 

If the voucher is from a betting company, we recommend reaching out directly to the company and requesting for the voucher to be resent.
