1450 low for FSR...?

I did some Tech. analysis for FSR and from what I could see is that it should not go below the 1450 mark...but I'm second guessing myself...can anyone give me some convincing as to should I climb in at that level...or wait till next week?

Good correlation between FSR and the other major banks. What make FSR so special as to break the correlation today (see NED). Look for confirmation to buy FSR now vs next week in bank index!!
