40m? buyers at 7c?

What just happened today? 40m shares purcahsed, most at 7c. Been waiting for this day for a while. Funny how it all happened in one day. I wonder how's buying, and what they know.

Probabaly just repositioning. Its only R2.8 Million and there are effectively 2,14 billion shares in issue - so this is under 2% of the shares in issue. Nevertheless - this company is just plain cheap!

Directors buying up shares, ahead of something they know that we dont, very bullish when Directors plowing in R1m each on a small cap like this, to 10c and beyond

Today up to 8 cents - im sure there is some form of corporate activity or good news - also the company declared a dividend and indicated policy going forward - if anyone knows what the good news is - please fill us in..............

40m shares for R2.8m? Pretty small institution I would say. The only thing I could think of here - is maybe some inside info regarding a buy out? MAybe one of their customers is looking to buy them out in order to reduce margins on manufacturing costs? But TNAV can't be more than 8c a share, so I really don't see how much value really exists in such a strategy

Remember small moves translate into large percentage moves for any penny stocks trading at these sort of levels. Look at SIM - 1c move can equate to 50% move.

33 deals and a R1m total value - that is pure speculator trading. Way too small for an institution, and directors are taking what - 50k bets? Nah, this is just normal speculator movement, i recon
