18 percent 15 march , another 18 mid May, compounded by chronic stock shortages, merchants have been advised not to quote for longer than a week. brings a ytd increase of 37 percent before the new ones take effect. It is chaos since most quotes had the normal 30 days time limit. There is also the feeling that the big merchants are holding stock back to get optimum benefit. Ironic, the price of stainless has dropped by 10 percent
