following it in light of the chronic steel shortage worldwide, steel prices have increased dramatically and are set to go up again, If AET can sustain raw material for their rebar manufacturing plants, i think this will be a share to watch

thanks. they are under cautionary at the moment..are they buying something? Also seem to have fallen from 225 to 70...what's up with that! They secure steel from Mittal..does anybody know if they can past on increase input cost to customers...mittal increase prices by around 60%...disaster if they can't pass it on.... Any information would be appreciated thanks...

I think its one of those that you can buy if you don;t mind the liquidity. If you buy these and lock them away for a while, I think you will be well rewarded. ( I do not own any shares )

Isnt the fact that they buy from mittal who in turn cannot rebate them anymore because of the competition commission the problem. Thus some of their original customers now buy at the same prices they aquire their product. I have heard this from someone in passing and cannot verify this as I am not involved in the steel industry. Can anyone confirm this.
