ALSI and TOP40 double HS

Guys I am learning charts slowly but surely but just wanted to see if I am right (and if I am did anyone else see it) that there was a double HS pattern yesterday into early morning today on both ALSI and Top40. First started about 9h30 yesterday and finished somewhere around 12h00 and second (lower) HS started at about 15h00 and ended about 10h30 this morning. Am I correct in this observation?

I see one that made a head on the 7th May? This fall looks like its target it the gap on the 6th.
