That probably means that he bought ANG shares accidentally in a fit of emotion and now wants to get rid of them. What's there to recommend this share? They made a loss last year because of their hedge book, they are making a narrow profit / loss this year because of paying to reduce their hedge book, and they have a CEO who has proven that he is no more competent than the worst of us (by buying back a portion of the hedge book exactly as the gold price peaked). Analysts are like stand-up comedians, except that stand-up comedians don't have vested interests. Believe them at your peril.
