What is happening to ANSYS? Target price was set at around R4.00 but this does not seem to be happening. What is causing this downward trend?

I used to be an Ansys fan and actually made some cash off it, but the volumes are just too low. Most of the time, the price is driven up and down by really small individual transactions, so the upward moves never really seem to be sustainable. I still think it's a good company with potential to become great, but the rest of the market mostly seems to ignore it, leaving the little guys to kick the price around. Just my 2 cents worth.
