directors buying lot of shares today Loks like a good buy at the moment. Any advise please

Uli - what's the attraction for a penny stock ,listed on the VCM board,has not made profits,has never paid a dividend,is very illiquid,and has no prospects?? Directors are buying cause nobody else is.Unless you have inside info. on a huge event ,that will transform this coy. rather steer clear!!
