Afgri is looking at intergrating its poultry side of the bussiness with CBh. Good or bad. Any comments.

Afgri, which trades about a quarter of South Africa's grain, said it's in talks to merge its animal feed and chicken unit with a rival before spinning it off to shareholders later this year. Afgri is considering the combination with rivals, including Country Bird Holdings and Sovereign Foods, to help lure investors, CEO Jeff Wright said on Tuesday. It will make a decision on whether to spin the unit off within a month, he added. http://www.moneyweb.co.za/mw/view/mw/en/page40?oid=108194&sn=Detail

I actually calculated a theoretical price of 425c for CBH but with a 12 month price of 570c. So, right now, its just lurking around and will move nicely when they release any news. Don't worry, South Africans love chicken and CBH are not farming around...
