You mean, what would the impact be on a complete empty shell of a company, with no assets or cash, and prospecting rights in a highly political unstable area? My gut feel is that speculators have been banking on a deal being signed, so the significance of the event would be factored in already. A far more significant event would be the impact of them not being able to conclude a deal - that would be fun to watch!
