Anything special about this one

I know nothing about the share, but I know that a few Asset Managers bought into the share last week. Just wondering if anyone knows why they are interested, other than the obvious thats its probably under valued in the long term.

they still have a competition comission fine outstanding. The question is how big will that fine be, for TBS it was R98million and TBS admitted guilt and assisted.
