Someone keeps buying 250/1000 shares at 25c, whenever a trade is made under 25c. How can this prop up the share when the 2.75c dividend is LDT on the 22/08/08. My buy is at 22c.

The dividend is 8c. The price will only rise till 22nd then fall back again, so no real profit to be made OMO.

Then why is this trader propping it up with buys of 250/1000 shares whenever it gets traded below 25? That is the question!

This question has not been answered. Someone is still buying chunks of 1000 shares at 25c per share whenever the price drops. Theat means he is paying R70 plus costs on each R250.00 deal. Something fishy here!
