This baby is going up , banks int. rates are to high for the midel class and people need money , so as soon as the people realise bfs is open again people will be streaming in again .

Can you read a balance sheet? Why would you be prepared to pay R174.8m for an entity with NEGATIVE shareholders' funds of R205.8m based on book values or a NEGATIVE nav of R668m net of intangibles? Stated on a per share basis, you are paying 28cps for a company with negative net assets of 32.9cps or 106.9cps on a net basis? To get this business back to life there is going to be massive share dilution...

One thing is for certain, the angel investors aint gonna have the interests of the lowly - fully diluted and now significantly minor - shareholders in mind.

The stock market discounts future cash flows. R463m was injected in the company for a turnaround. Not a petty cash that! If everything goes well the NAV will turn around with time.
