BHP Billiton - buy and hold?

Im new to this and need some advice on BHP Billiton. Is it a buy and hold in these current market circumstances or would you stop your loss now and buy back at a potentially lower price? It's way off its high but i am worried that it may dip significantly lower.

Believe it can go lower....How much, cant say. Nice day trading stock, but for long term, with my little knowledge still no buy signal. Also follow it on the Australian Stock Exchange to see what will happen...
