Just kidding, the truth is BHP is the biggest and has large interest in oil, coal, Iron ore and other base metals, which have low or no scrap recovery rates which is good for pricing power. Anglos have platinum that the big diffrence, it also makes most of its money in SA so it is a more dirrect rand hedge as a weak rand means better profits in dollar terms so it is great as a currency hedge. I hold both as well as anglo plats.

I have never tried an instalment - looking at different options.Don't like futures - but would like some gearing.

I like the Investec hot edds, lowest borrowing cost decent gearing, watch the barrier though, if it does hit barrier you will still get payed the intrinsic value out.
