For Simon. Looking at the BSR SENS, what doe this mean "Book-over trade for the sale of shares " Are these guys selling out and cashing their profits?

a book over is when two parties to trade a bunch of shares between themselves rather then via the open market. The price has to be at market value (between bid/offer) and still gets reflected on the market - but you won't see the volume on the bid or offer before the trade.
