If I go in now for some shorts is it too late? The banking sector is down 3% but nedbank only 1%. Will it be a good choice for NED?

Any views what this share will do in the next 12 months ? After all being the 3rd largest ISP in South Africa after Telkom & MTN isn't this share going to shoot up if they can keep up the pace ? What is the negative views about this share ?
