PNC has collapsed in past few days. I see the FSB insider trading investigation reported in April is still ongoing. How long does such an investigation take?

Anything new about this company? The share price has lost over 8%. Could this be another Sasol in 2009 when they were implicated in international price fixing and they bounced back. what are the chances of this company coming back?

Well there is that corruption case still pending against former exec and than the insider trading and the loss of contracts to government..

the problem for them is that if found guilty of corruption - and the issue is not insider trading - then a whole world of hurt could be coming their way. Firstly, there will be fines, secondly, they run the risk of losing all government contracts - which apparently makes up 30% of their business. I don't follow these guys personally, but saw this on hotstoxx some time ago. Bear in mind as well that they are reporting profit warnings in environments where their competitors are still getting 20% plus returns.
