Big volumes big drop

I don't understand why this share should change hands at R3-45 when there is an interest declaraton this month. About R250m worth of shares changed hands yesterday. Now I see SENS says 2 directors resigned. Is it price manipulation, or is there something seriously wrong with the company?

The massive deals at 346c took place cum dividend before the dividend date. Therefore my opinion is that the Exchange should have reflected those deals at 365c
