What does the delisting of UUU mean for shareholders?

If the minority rejects the offer,what are the rules ie. how many (%) of the minority have to accept the offer before for it to become a takeover as envisaged by the offer of ARMZ?

if I recall .. if they get 75% they can delist and you'd own a delisted co .. if they get 90% they can force you to sell .. it gonna delist

Thank you. Are shareholders at a disadvantage owning private equity shares. Are there less regulations with which the the majority have to comply? Should I sell my UUU shares or hold?
