Hi Barry, I have taken a profit on a few of my PAM and want to know if RDF will be good to get in at these levels. Can my daughter still increase her holding? I also fancy Met. Thanks for your input.

I think it would be a good idea to wait till after the rates announcement is made,as the probable increase Wed/Thurs is having a negative effect on all the property units at this time,there after it might be the right time to enter.Please don't forget Apexhi A or B units as well ,as these are paying the highest interest income of all the property loan stocks at the moment,as they have fallen back nicely,IN MY OPINION ONLY I CONSIDER THEM VERY SAFE and they are likely to show a good capital gain as well.
