I think there are 10 ADR's (depository receipts) per CFR share. Div is CHF 1 per share or CHF0.1 per ADR. i.e dividend is only 1/10th for an ADR. Please check this first, but that is how I understand it.

Yep, I have just check financials, dividend per DR is CHF 0.065 after 35% withholding tax.
