On Friday I lost out on R2000 of extra profit because I selled to soon and today I lost out of R18k or 125% (of profit) because I selled to soon. That 20k on an investment of around 16k in 3 trading days. Any advise for a exiting strategy?

Very simple - why sell if the trade is still going your way? You're saying you can predict the future, which you can't. Once in motion the share will tend to keep moving until equilibrium is reached again. Wait until it starts to turn against you or it fails to break a key level before exiting.
