with the cash balance in their account changing overnight. Happened for the first time on thursday - started with negative cash - I cant transact and leave a negative balance with my account. Same thing today - an interaccount transfer disappeared overnight. Simon - been waiting for a response from a 'supervisor' since 8.30am.
I had a similar problem long ago, can't remember how it was resolved but I was very unhappy with the situation. I think it resolved itself overnight if I remember correctly.
