I supect that they are expanding into Africa (already in Namibia) as they have previously stated.

Often when a cautionary comes out the share price seems to shoot up as people assume there might be a potential buyout by another company(as with mtn). If it turns out that it involves negotiations to buy another business, rather than being bought out, the price usually drops back very quickly. I suspect that this is the case here.
