Eisch, not very intelligent answers. For those not so enlightened, cement sales is widely used as a barometer for construction activity. The more cement is being sold, the more construction activity takes place, the better the industry should be doing in the near future...get it? For those who still dont get it, cement sales started the uptick and so followed the construction PEs'. See for yourself...
