Can someone explain this? Is it a good thing to buy these shares?

never reinforce failure. And a company that needs to use a rights issue to fund working capital requirements is a failed company

Could end up being a good story, but it could also end up being a dud. They are restructuring and you'll be buying faith in management to turn this ship around. I'm personally not a fan of their products and I don't know their management, so I'm just watching for the time being.

Thanks guys - but are these "N" shares better than the normal shares? Will they be as tradable as the other ones? Why are they introducing these?
