Maybe the next round of bad news will come from the east, with their markets having run wild...Think with me:why did Bush/Bernanke prepare the public, they did not speak at previous dips in the market.Politicians work AHEAD..they must PREPARE the public for coming events...otherwise they would have just kept quiet. No, something bigger is wrong here.rense.com

Their stock market is in a bubble as their people don't understand how it works in a capitalist society, although i get the feeling quite a number of locals don't understand what drives markets either. That is why i don't like shares with an exposure to China as their aurthorities could quite easily use in a crash as an excuse that they are reverting to socialism and nationalise the private overseas firms there. On the positive side they have been in this situation for a considerable time and can continue for a longer time than we can imagine with their vast population.THEY ARE STILL GOING TO REQUIRE OUTSIDE RESOURCES WHAT EVER HAPPENS TO THEIR STOCK MARKET and they will still be forced to trade to generate foreign currency.

To my novice's eye, the Shangai Composite is now at 5218.825 versus 3252.595 on 2nd April - must be blowing off where I can't see it?
