CZA has dropped 41 % in the last three months. I have read that shares were issued to existing directors at no cost in terms of employment benefits and options that they had, the effect was a dilution of 10 % of issued shares, why this massive drop, any comments please

Good grief man, were you honestly expecting the price to go anywhere else? reporting turnover growth and soaring operating profit - but plummeting net profit? Export coal volumes in decline, and the price of export coal plummeting, and their flagship mine still being flagged with environmental concerns?
