According to the SENS released today, Command is expected to report HEPS growth of between 40% and 60% for the year to June. Given last year's earnings of 5.25 cps, this implies HEPS of approx. 8 cps which equates to a historic PE of 4.4x at todays' closing price of 35 cps. nav is approx. 22 cps. Command, a BEE security operation is 24% held by CAE. With prospects to grow a national footprint and a cashflush balance sheet, CMA's shareprice should revert to the previous trading range of 50 - 60 cps. CAE might also merge their security company, Alexandra with CMA. OMO (I do own some)

but will they require their money from the liquidated company? around 10 million rand. its not a small amount, and if they dont recover this money, this share could see more downside.

The R10.8 m judgement in their favour will probably not be recovered and is not reflected on the balance sheet in any event - so no impact. Operational performance is what matters and will drive price higher. omo
