MTN is upgraded by S&P, yet falls. Vodacom on the other hand rises over 2%! Any explanations?

uncertainty around pricing pressures in MTN's largest market, Nigeria and then of course the problems in Iran. i hold both MTN and VOD, accumulating more MTN at prices below R132, but not accumulating more VOD at these levels..
