I read in the Business Times that Brazil is looking to use the expertise of SA construction companies to build their stadiums for 2014. That being the case seems the construction good times are here again.

The happy days for construction companies will only arrive once government actually starts to SPEND the R800 billion they keep on mentioning for infrastructure over the next three years. 40% of that has been allocated to power, which is mostl already in progress, but the rest of it we haven't seen much of it in prospective tenders to be handed out by government...
