Any idea what the cautionary is about that has taken us to the lows from January 2007?

i am concerned about the drop in the price after the results were issued late last year - also after seeing what happen to RBX yesterday the whole sector may be under threat - hopefully the cautionary will bring good news but i am also eager to know what the cautionary is all about....
