Hope u all aware that DST started on Sunday 9 March for US East coast.....

They should have it here from PE to Ponta.imo

they are considering 2 time zones i think (or rather there was some reference to it with regards power saving). day light saving would be better.

it is noted that eskom/ gov are some time zones out in making decisions
