A volume spike occurred on the 27th of May when more than 4m TSX shares traded at 125 cps, the day that the company reported an R800m loss. Although this decimated their NAV, the market cap was a mere R132m at that point which seemed to discount all the bad news and then some. TSX is a high risk option on a recovery in the global diamond trade and the balance sheet has sufficient depth to ride out the storm. Technically, the share has fallen a loooong way and further upside should occur over coming months? There also seem to be persistent buyers around. Now if only we can get some Rand/$ weakness. OMO
