There is definitley fraud out there by all health practitioners. However as a service provider we see our tarifs only increase by 4 to 5 percent every year on average , but medical aids increase premiums by 10 to 12 percent anually. Wheres the money going? Investors pockets. Also I see discovery only lasting another 3 years. They are up to sh@#&. They are looking for scapegoats to justify their tarrif increases. Yes fraud does happen, but is not to blame for the high infaltion in medical costs.

Yeah, not to mention nice salaries; topping up of mandatory reserves which according to the formula absorbs an enormous component of contribtions from new entrants as well as existing members; and towards reinsurance of large major medical benefits.
