How does one determine whether a Sens, reporting director purchasing, is genuine buying on the market, as opposed to taking up of options etc? How does one interpret "Indirectly Beneficial" as opposed to "Directly Beneficial"? eg recent Afdawn Sens. Help anyone?

Not applicable
Indirectly beneficial usually refers to someone (a director) in a subsidiary who buys shares in the parent company.
