Director deals direct or indirect beneficial

On 08 May the directors of Diversified bought in excess of R7Million DIV shares. Yet the last 30 trades of DIV does not reflect these trades on 8 May. How come? What is the difference of directly beneficial or indirectly beneficial? I want to buy because the directors buy, but are afraid they are just printing money for themselves.
