When dividends are paid out and you select to have the money reinvested select (Shares - Reinvest in shares on my behalf) under proifile, are the normal brokerage fees charged to purchase the shares or how does it work? Thanks

it only works when company offers the option of script or cash .. no brokerage ..

So if the company does not offer and I have this option selected will the dividend amount be reinvested and be charged brokerage?

no ..if they only offer cash - you get cash ..
