Hi there,I would like too know if you buy a share the last day too trade and sell the share the next day,do you still get the dividend or must you keep the share until the dividend is payed out.

You will receive the dividend, but there will be a very good chance that the price of the share will drop by the amount of the dividend paid. So you dont really win short term, hoping to get the dividend and sell the share at the price it was at the previous day.
