Easy Trader

Is anyone else having problems with Easy Trader. The entire programme freezing for a few minutes a couple of times an hour? Individual charts not updating? I've checked and reset ADSL line. I can't get an answer from the help desk.

try clearing your browsers cache / cookies etc and relogging in. else redownload and install silverlight. gl

Thanks. I have cleared the cache etc and do have silverlight loaded but if you are not having problems then I guess it must be my setup

Endless freezing with Vodacom. Now using ADSL line. Leave on all day, no problems, noticably faster.
