Easy trader live feed

I need some technical advice please. I have upgraded my connection speed and run at 1.96Mbps but about 4 or 5 times per day the green ball turns orange and then red and it can last from 1 min to 10 mins and then it turns green again and the live feed is back. My provider is using the seacom through mweb platform and its a wireless system. I have not had these problems for a long time, even when I had a slower speed.

I'm have rather strange problems with Easy Trader as well. For the past 3 days it has not given intraday charts for the ALSH, and only occassionally give live prices for Single Stock Futures.
