Good point, except if your already committed (could have been while it was moving up) and sitting on a stop loss waiting to trigger.

Simon, stocks pulling back within 20% of their yearly high, are statistically more likely to increase by 30% than decrease by a further 10 (I use stoch as a pullback measure, but anyone will do). Waiting for confirmation, on my system, costs an unnecessary 3 or 4 percent. Having said this though, DSY doesn't qualify. It has fallen past the 20% pullback radar and broke my rule 2, negative reaction to news.
