It looks like this share is frusting the hell out of all shareholders. It shows you that you must not buy a share in which the directors use as a sideline job. Stay away from cheap shares with low market cap.

What worries me with the sale of Cons Murch to an Australian company. The Australians are eager to do business when they end up being the winner. They offer a huge amount of money for a company then they only pay half of the money. There is an old story that the prisoners from England could serve their sentece in England or get send to Australia as a free person.
