End of the downturn?

Next few months, have no idea. As things stand today long term looks prosperous, especially for interest rate sensitive stocks. OMO

An American investment newsletter I read regularly (these guys seem to know their stuff) classify this as an intermediate uptrend in a long term downtrend. Of course, they are talking about the US, but it could be for world markets as well. They do suggest going long, for now, though and buying on the dips...
