Extra shares issued by WEZ

Need clarity. It seems to me that Wesizwe is proposing to issue extra shares for cash, if so wasn't one of the commitments of JNMC and CADFund in investing in WEZ to avoid this?

Agreed not to sure of the xtra share issue bit seems to me that the eventual ype will be reduced in the long run...
