Extremely cheap bids ?

Under Matrix ( MIX ) there are two bids at ridiculously low amounts ( One almost a 3rd of the current price ). My thoughts are that this is someone trying to catch a triggered stop loss that will sell at any price. Question...Does this strategy work ? And finally a comment to warn fellow members, Seems like its always advisable to include the lowest price that you will accept when your stop loss is triggered.
