I have FSR on my target range as a buy at 1980. Unfortunately, it hasn't been there for the last few months, but it may reach there again some time in the future.

not sure; I wouldn't buy at that level unless I was into long term holding; with tito rattling his sabre about interest rates, and the inflationary pressures that oil will have on our economy plus the bop deficit = ???
